This process is best suited for individuals that have a vision but have not made a floor plan, elevation, or MEP illustration. The “Conceptualize” phase allows clients to begin their project without having to make a huge financial commitment upfront. This phase begins 10-20% of the architectural requirements for your projects and helps us establish a solid baseline to begin the “Design” and then “Build” phases of the contract.
This process is ideal for individuals that have established a floor plan but have not obtained architectural and/or structural drawings for their project.
In the Design Phase, we present that plan to the architect and engineer. The architect ensures all designs, layouts, and functionality of the project. The engineer ensures structural integrity and provides the drawings and specs for construction. Once all drawings are finalized, we will estimate the project’s total cost and present this estimation to the client in the form of a proposal.
The Build Phase begins when the client approves of the proposal and signs the construction contract. The procurement of material begins, the schedule is made, and the prints become reality.
This process is for clients that have already obtained all necessary drawings and are ready to move forward with the construction phase.
During the proposal phase, we will estimate the project’s total cost and present this estimation to the client in the form of a proposal.
The Build Phase begins when the client approves of the proposal and signs the construction contract. The procurement of material begins, the schedule is made, and the prints become reality.
